King Charles III England Coast Path

A 2700 mile challenge!

I have very little chance of completing this walk in my lifetime. I needed to start it about 20 years ago but it will be fun trying.

When I first became conscious of it I hadn't been aware that I had unknowingly started by walking the Northumberland Coast Path and the North Norfolk Coast path previously. I had also done other bits in Sussex, Devon and Kent. They only added up to about 200 miles, so a long way to go!

In May I got as serious as my home circumstances would allow! A few friends offered to join me on some of the walks we could manage on days out and longer periods will be organised such as a week just completed in South Devon.

I've added a few photos from recent adventures, I'm trying to do as much as possible using public transport, the buses, trains and ferries are part of the adventures.

Most recent adventures have been Isle of Thanet (Hythe to Swalecliffe), Somerset (Highbridge to Porlock), West Bay to Ossington Mills via Isle of Portland. Days out have been tackling south coast places accessible daily by train including Bognor Regis to Rottingdean.

I'll post more pictures as I progress and from previous walks when I can. Feel free to comment below.
